Return & Cancellation Policy

At Denis Predescu Atelier, every piece is created with exceptional care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Because our designs are custom-made, made-to-measure, or produced in limited quantities, each creation is unique and individually crafted for every client.

1. Custom and Made-to-Measure Orders

All custom, bespoke, or made-to-measure garments — including couture dresses, corsets, bridal gowns, and tailored suits — are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as they are produced exclusively according to each client’s measurements, specifications, and creative brief.
Once an order has been confirmed and production has begun, cancellations or refunds are not possible.

However, we remain committed to client satisfaction and will gladly offer adjustments or minor alterations if required, to ensure the perfect fit and finish.

2. Ready-to-Wear or In-Stock Items

For non-customized, in-stock items, clients have the right to return or exchange the product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that:

The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed

All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact

The item shows no signs of damage or alteration

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service by email at denis_predescu@yahoo.com within the 14-day period.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders for custom-made garments can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, materials may have been ordered and work may have begun, making cancellation impossible.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that you receive an item with a defect, please contact us immediately.
We will review the case and provide a suitable solution — repair, replacement, or credit, depending on the situation.

5. Final Sale Items

Sample sale pieces, discounted items, and limited edition pieces sold as-is are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
